       Description: The Microgravity environment can have a significant impact on the economy by serving as a new general-        purpose method of invention that can reshape the nature of the innovation process and the organization of R&D.             While access to the microgravity environment is not new, increasing access to a growing number of low-cost                     commercial platforms and interest by new non-traditional users has us rethinking the impact microgravity can have on       R&D and innovation.
